Hotel Deca wins the award for the BEST balcony in the city of Seattle! My husband and I recently had the extreme pleasure of staying in the Isabella Suite at Hotel Deca. I think I could write an entire post just on the balcony! The balcony of the Isabelle Suite has a full 250 degree view of Seattle.
